Chemical pumps, sometimes referred to as process pumps, are designed to handle corrosive or hazardous chemicals and related tempertures of liquids for industrial and agricultural uses. They are often made of plastic or stainless steel and usually are equipped with special seals depending on the characteristics of the liquid being pumped.
